The 300 x 70mm 90° Horizontal Bend is the key fitting for right-angle direction changes in the horizontal plane on Eco Duct low profile duct systems. Where ceiling cavities, wall chases or subfloor spaces require a full 90° turn, this purpose-made fitting delivers a clean, consistent cross-section change of direction — far superior to bending or kinking the flexible duct on site.
At 22 Pa pressure loss, this fitting carries a higher resistance than the 45° equivalent, which is expected for a full right-angle turn. Accounting for it correctly at the design stage ensures the system performs as specified.

Trade note: At 22 Pa per fitting, a single ECO300HOR90 represents more than two full 2-metre straight duct lengths in pressure loss terms. Where possible, substitute two ECO300HOR45 fittings (2 × 5 Pa = 10 Pa total) to achieve the same 90° direction change at less than half the pressure penalty. Reserve the ECO300HOR90 for installations where space constraints make the two-fitting approach impractical.
