Product Details

Removing a valve core speeds up charging, recovery and evacuation — but doing it in a tight space with a bulky VCRT is a pain. For tight spaces, the ultra-compact VC1 is your go-to VCRT. The short length and low-profile ball valve let it fit where other tools won't.

The capture rod reliably engages the valve core the first time, every time — a gasket secures the valve core pin so there's no fishing around for lost valve cores. The magnetic cap keeps the removed valve core on hand during service so it doesn't disappear into a roof cavity or drop into a condenser.

Vacuum-rated to 20 microns and compatible with high-pressure refrigerants including R410A. A2L compliant — base materials won't degrade from exposure to related gases and lubricants. The standard 1/4" service port fitting can be swapped in the field for an optional 5/16" fitting (sold separately as RVC5) for mini-split systems.
