Good oil is the lifeblood of every evacuation. Using the wrong oil or running contaminated oil in your vacuum pump is one of the most common causes of poor ultimate vacuum performance — and it's completely avoidable.

Fieldpiece Vacuum Pump Oil is specifically formulated for refrigeration and air conditioning applications, designed to work with the demands of HVACR evacuations where moisture, refrigerant vapour and contaminants are constantly putting oil condition under pressure.

Using Fieldpiece oil in your Fieldpiece pump ensures the oil viscosity and formulation is matched to how the pump is engineered to operate — particularly important for achieving and maintaining deep vacuums. Compatible with Fieldpiece vacuum pump models VP55INT, VP85INT, VP67INT, VP87INT and VPX7INT.

Change your oil regularly — especially after wet system jobs or any job where you suspect moisture or refrigerant contamination has entered the pump. Discoloured or milky oil means it's time for a change. If you're running a Fieldpiece pump with the RunQuick Oil Change System, swapping oil takes under 20 seconds without powering down or losing vacuum.
