The Aluminium Eggcrate Grille is an industry-standard return air grille trusted by HVAC installers across residential and commercial ducted system installations. Built around a 12mm cubed aluminium lattice core in an extruded aluminium frame, it delivers exceptional airflow performance with minimal pressure drop and noise, making it one of the most specified return air grilles in the industry.
High Free Area — Maximum Airflow Performance The open eggcrate cell pattern provides approximately 90% free area, allowing the grille to handle high return air volumes without creating unnecessary back pressure or system noise. For ducted systems where return air performance matters, this grille simply gets out of the way and lets the system breathe.
Lightweight Aluminium Construction The extruded aluminium frame and core keep weight low without sacrificing rigidity. Corrosion-resistant and built to last, it holds up in both ceiling and wall installations across residential homes, apartments, and light commercial fit-outs.
Clean, Versatile Finish The standard white powder-coat finish suits most residential and commercial ceiling and wall applications. Custom Dulux or Interpon powder-coat colours are available for projects requiring a specific finish, with an additional charge applying.
T-Bar and Standard Face Options Select sizes are available with a T-Bar face for direct lay-in installation into suspended grid ceilings, making this grille suitable for both standard and commercial ceiling systems.
