The Fujitsu ARTH30KHTA / AOTH30KCTA pairs Fujitsu's proven high static indoor unit with a 3 phase outdoor condenser — ideal for commercial properties, new builds and larger homes where 3 phase power is available. This complete system includes the indoor unit, outdoor condenser and UTY-RNRT backlit touch panel wall controller, ready to install.

Up to 19.7% more energy efficient than previous Fujitsu ducted models, with a compact lightweight indoor chassis designed for easier handling and installation in roof spaces. VEU registered.

Cooling & Heating Performance The ARTH30KHTA delivers 8.5kW rated cooling (2.8–13.0kW variable) and 10.0kW rated heating (2.7–12.0kW variable). High static pressure design with 695 L/s airflow at 210 Pa across three fan speeds — ideal for larger duct networks and multi-zone installations where extra static pressure is needed to push air through longer runs.

3 Phase Outdoor Unit The AOTH30KCTA operates on 3 phase 220–240V 50Hz power supply. Starting current 10.5A. Compressor DC twin rotary with 2,180W motor output. R32 refrigerant charge 2,100g. Outdoor dimensions 998W x 940H x 320D mm, 64kg. The 3 phase outdoor unit delivers a more consistent power draw — particularly beneficial in commercial settings or where power quality is a consideration.

Designed for Australian Conditions Maximum guaranteed ambient operating temperature of 50°C in cooling mode. Operating range -10°C to 50°C cooling, -15°C to 24°C heating.

Zone System Compatible Zone system compatible out of the box. Connectable distributing duct for flexible branch duct layouts. Fresh air intake capable for improved indoor air quality. Demand response enabled for energy management program compliance.

Includes UTY-RNRT Backlit Wall Controller The UTY-RNRT touch panel controller provides a clear backlit display and intuitive controls. No separate controller purchase required — complete ready-to-install system.
