The Smooth Flexible Drain Hose is a 16mm bore flexible hose designed for condensate drainage in split system and ducted air conditioning installations. The smooth interior bore promotes unobstructed water flow and reduces the likelihood of algae, slime, and debris accumulation that can cause blockages in ribbed or corrugated hose alternatives. Its flexible construction allows easy routing through ceiling cavities, wall chases, and tight installation spaces without kinking.
Suitable for: Condensate drainage from split system indoor units, ducted air conditioning indoor units, cassette units, and fan coil units in residential and light commercial installations across Victoria.
Trade note: Smooth bore construction is preferred over ribbed drain hose for longer runs or installations where drain cleaning access is limited, as it maintains flow more reliably over time. Supplied in a 25m roll.
