Pipe Wrap Insulation
Fastflex pipe wrap insulation is a closed cell foam rubber pipe insulation designed for use on refrigerant suction lines, air conditioning pipework, and refrigeration installations. Available in a range of pipe sizes to suit standard air conditioning and refrigeration copper pipe diameters, this black foam insulation prevents condensation, reduces heat gain on suction lines, and helps maintain system efficiency across both residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
Each length is 2 metres and features a pre-slit design for easy installation over existing pipework without the need to disconnect fittings. The closed cell foam construction resists moisture absorption, preventing condensation from forming on the outer surface of the pipe in high humidity environments — a critical requirement for air conditioning suction line applications.
The 13mm wall thickness provides effective thermal insulation for standard air conditioning and refrigeration suction lines, helping to maintain refrigerant temperature and reduce energy loss between the indoor and outdoor units.
