Shipping Policy
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. Purchase Conditions
- Credit card transactions require the physical presence of the cardholder for delivery or collection of goods.
- Cardholder must present a valid, government-issued photo identification matching the name on the credit card.
- The photo identification must be current and not expired.
- Acceptable forms of identification include but are not limited to: driver's license, passport, national identification card.
- The name on the identification must match the name on the credit card.
- In cases where the cardholder is unable to present valid identification, the transaction may be declined or additional verification steps may be required.
This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards and ensure the security of our customers' accounts.

We offer same day or next day delivery across Melbourne metropolitan areas for all in-stock items. Orders must be placed before 1pm AEST for same day dispatch. FastFlex is based in Thomastown, giving us fast access to all Melbourne suburbs for tradies, contractors and retail customers.
Geelong & Surf Coast
FastFlex delivers HVAC supplies to Geelong and surrounding areas including the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula. Interstate Delivery — NSW, QLD, SA, WA & Beyond
FastFlex ships HVAC products interstate across Australia. We offer two interstate delivery options depending on your order size:
Small parcels — smaller items and parts can be shipped Australia-wide via Express Post for fast, reliable delivery to your door.
Large or bulk orders — freight for large interstate orders is calculated on a case by case basis depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. To keep freight costs manageable, we strongly recommend that large interstate deliveries are made to a commercial or business address with a forklift on site. Residential deliveries of large orders may incur significantly higher freight charges.
