Common questions
Does it cost anything to request an installer?
No. Requesting an installer through Fastflex is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. You are under no commitment until you accept a quote from the installer.
Can I buy the system through Fastflex as well?
Yes, and it is usually the easier way to do it. We hold over 5,000 products across eight major brands in our Thomastown warehouse, so the equipment and the installer come from the same conversation and you get one quote covering both. If you already own the unit, select install only on the form and we will match you with someone who takes install only work.
What areas do you cover?
Melbourne metro and much of regional Victoria. We supply interstate as well, so submit the form with your postcode and we will tell you honestly whether we have someone in your area.
Are the installers licensed?
Installers in our network hold the licences their work requires, including ARC refrigerant handling authorisation for split and ducted systems and electrical licensing where relevant. Ask to see current licences before work starts, as you would with any trade.
Can I claim a government rebate on the installation?
Victorian households may be eligible under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program for certain products. Rebates must be claimed through an accredited provider and the product must be VEU registered. Tick the rebate option on the form and we will point you to eligible products.
