What is FastFlex?
FastFlex Heating & Cooling Supplies is an Australian-owned HVAC wholesale supplier based in Thomastown, Victoria. Established in 2004, we supply over 5,000 products including air conditioning systems, ducting, refrigeration parts, thermostats, ventilation, zoning, spare parts, tools and more to both trade and retail customers across Australia.

Orders & Delivery
Where does FastFlex deliver?
We deliver Victoria-wide with same day or next day delivery for in-stock items. We also deliver smaller items Australia-wide and can arrange interstate shipping depending on your order. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Victorian deliveries for in-stock items are typically same day or next day. Special order items require additional lead time. Bulk orders are generally fulfilled within a week depending on delivery location. Call us on 03 9464 5400 for a specific timeframe.
Can I pick up from your store?
Yes. You are welcome to collect orders from our store at 6 Bostock Court, Thomastown VIC 3074. We recommend calling ahead on 03 9464 5400 to confirm stock availability before visiting.
Can you source products not listed on your website?
Yes. If you need a specific HVAC unit, part or accessory not currently in our range, our team works directly with suppliers and manufacturers to source it. Get in touch and we will find the right solution quickly.
Trade Accounts & Pricing
Do you sell to the public or trade only?
FastFlex sells to both retail customers and trade professionals. Whether you are a homeowner replacing a split system or a tradie on a large commercial project, we can supply you. Trade customers can apply for a wholesale account with exclusive pricing and 30-day payment terms.
How do I apply for a trade account?

What payment options are available?
We offer multiple payment options for both retail and trade customers. Trade account holders can apply for 30-day payment terms. Contact us at orders@fastflex.com.au or 03 9464 5400 to discuss the best arrangement for your business.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault, is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or does not perform as expected.
All claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery referencing the original invoice number. A 10% restocking fee applies. Special manufactured items, units and spare parts cannot be returned. Goods must be returned freight prepaid in original condition to 6 Bostock Court, Thomastown VIC 3074.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on 03 9464 5400 and we will discuss your options. If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
